Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying in a small suite in one of the historic rooms was wonderful, very clean with all the amenities we needed. However, it required climbing at least one flight of stairs and then walking nearly a city block inside the hotel from the front desk. The location was great for fun in downtown Boulder and Pearl Street, but being near the garage on the ground floor was not ideal.
The hotel is situated perfectly for enjoying downtown Boulder and strolling through Pearl Street with its unique shops and delicious eateries. The rooms, while beautiful, may require navigating through the hotel and could be a bit noisy at times. The service was overall accommodating and outstanding. The dining experience was highly enjoyable, and the location offers great convenience for exploring the central area.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful, with beautiful views of the trees from our spacious room, although it was a bit on the pricier side without a special deal. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond with kind staff ready to assist. The location was ideal, right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. The dining options were absolutely delicious, especially in the hotel restaurant, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, making them a gorgeous and comfortable retreat. However, the proximity to the elevator made it a bit noisy at times, with some disturbances from the street and above. The service was exceptional and very caring, although I wished they were a tad more attentive. The location was fantastic, close to everything I needed, but didn't quite match up to some other nearby hotels. The dining experience was good, with tasty options but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a great hotel with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are lovely but can be noisy due to their location near the backdoor of a restaurant parking area. The service had its rude moments but also offered great hiking advice. The location is exceptional for exploring Pearl Street, though there were some quirks. Overall, a mixed experience.
